Our secure online ordering system is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to take your order. Please click "Shop Now" to view items.
We process payments using a secure payment processor.
Accepted payments include VISA and Mastercard.

Shipping & Handling
All shipping rates are in Canadian currency (CAD).
Princess and the Pea ships with Purolator as we have found they provide the best rates and service.
$6 shipping for purchases of $1 to $25
$12 shipping for purchases of $25.01 to $100
$20 shipping for purchases $100.01 to $500
$50 shipping for purchases $500.01 to $1000

Taxes (Canadian Orders)
Provincial Sales Tax (PST): All BC orders are subject to 7% PST
Goods and Services Tax (GST): All provinces are subject to 5% GST charge
(except NFLD, NB, NS)
Harmonized Sales Tax (HST): NFLD, NS, NB subject to 13% HST (combined GST and PST)
Returns & Exchanges
RETURNS
- A return is given within 14 days of original purchase date with original receipt.
- Item must have original packaging and/or tags.
- Item must not be worn or washed and in original condition.
- Refund must be done using the same method of payment as the purchase was done (VISA or Mastercard).
- Please contact us (princesspea@shaw.ca) with a reason for the return and a copy of original receipt.
- Customers must have Return Authorization number issued by Princess and the Pea.
We don't accept COD shipments.
EXCHANGES
- Exchanges must be made within 30 days of original purchase date with original receipt.
- Item must be repackaged in original packaging and/or tags.
- Item must not be worn or washed and in original condition.
- Please contact us (princesspea@shaw.ca) with a reason for the exchange and a copy of original receipt.
- Customers must have Return Authorization number issued by Princess and the Pea.
PLEASE NOTE
- All custom or special orders are a final sale.
- All sale or discounted items are a final sale.
- Final sale on underwear, bottles, pacifiers, cups, cutlery, dishes, potties etc.
- Damages must be reported within 7 days.
- Cases where items has a manufacturers defects will be forwarded the manufacturer.
- Returns can also be done in person at our store. (Located at 9654 142 Street Edmonton, AB)
- Returns done via mail must be shipped back at the cost of the customer.
- We don't accept COD shipments.
- Packages that are refused will be refunded to the credit card account originally used for the purchase, less shipping costs. We are unable to refund shipping costs on refused deliveries.
